About Janet Yung
As a Standards of Leadership award winner, Janet is known for her thought leadership in bringing clarity to personal and organizational growth, leadership and engagement through her customized training and consultations. With 3 decades of corporate, business experience as well as her vast experience as a Chinese Metaphysics consultant over the last 18 years, other areas of strength include new business development and negotiations, new product launch, and business success.
As the author of the Being Happy and Successful book series, Janet’s work and businesses involve helping individuals, corporate team members, and entrepreneurs be better engaged in life.
She spent 13 years in corporate understanding clients, launching new businesses, driving business growth, leading and motivating teams, where she garnered numerous company awards including top sales and sales manager’s awards, best franchise award and in 2001, Janet received recognition for Johnson & Johnson’s Standard of Leadership award. With both her corporate and business experience, Janet has launched several businesses from retail brick & mortar, e-commerce, web and mobile apps including her own Asian Personality Profiling system as well as the latest platform for connecting Corporates to Trainers in the region.
As an Author
To aid her clients to succeed, she published a book series on Being Happy & Successful as a supplement to the workshops and consultations that she conducts. These books and other e-learning resources provide a reference for team members to have better communication and engagement, and how they can create winning teams.
Janet launched her 4th book, Effective Asian Leadership: Today and Tomorrow (Perspectives of 100 Leaders in Asia) in mid-Apr 2019. In this book, Janet together with her co-author, Ms. Serene Ong, attempt to provide insights on what makes a successful leader by getting the perspectives of over a hundred leaders across diverse cultures, industries and levels in Asia. She hopes that the real-life examples and success stories will inspire, motivate and enrich her readers and clients.

A Singapore WSQ DACE (Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education) curriculum developer, ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certified trainer, avid reader and keen learner, Janet has a slew of credentials under her belt. These include courses from:
– Grand Master Lillian Too, where she graduated with top distinctions from the Grand Master’s certified Feng Shui Programmes – Master Practitioners Course (MPC) and Master Consultants Course (MCC);
– Grand Master Raymond Lo, Master Francis Leyau, Joey Yap and other international masters, where she attained a Distinction in Diploma from the Bazi Mastery Series, Qi Men Xuan Kong Da Kua, Qi Men Destiny, Forecasting, Feng Shui and Strategic Execution programmes;
– She is currently an affiliate of the DYD (Design Your Destiny) Program for Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics which offers modern approaches in learning, coaching, skills development for academic and career success.
